Intern (m|w|d) - People & Culture University Programs Job ID 77482 | Location: Heidenheim | Start: from August 2026 | Duration: 3-6 months Your tasks As an intern in the field of higher education programs, you will get a deep insight into the recruitment of students who are looking for an internship or a graduate thesis. From the very beginning, challenging tasks await you, which you can implement independently and with which you sustainably support us. During your internship, you will be familiar with the recruitment and support of our dual students. Support our team actively at upcoming university and training fairs in the region. You are engaged in onboarding events and so make sure that our new employees have a great start. You accompany our programs on the topic of career orientation and support current People & Culture projects. Your profile You are an intangible student of business, work or organizational psychology, sociology or a comparable degree course and looking for a mandatory internship. We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a safe handling of MS-Office. You are characterized by an independent, structured and reliable way of working. Own initiative, team capacity and joy in working with colleagues complete your profile. You're expecting With a mentor and a team at your side, who will help you with Voith at the start and during your time and give you regular feedback, you not only benefit professionally, but also personally.
