As a SAP Solutions Lead (gn) with a focus on SD/MM, you support our customers in successfully introducing and developing SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions. You are far more than just a consultant: you act as a Trusted Advisor, work closely with architects and project teams and bring your ideas into the development of our SAP practice. With increasing responsibility, you develop into a central contact person for professional topics, best practices and the further development of our consultants.

Your mission You design, implement and optimize SAP SD and MM processes in modern S/4HANA environments You run Fit-to-Standard workshops and advise customers on best practice You control subprojects and workstreams in challenging transformation programs You accompany customers from strategy to successful implementation of their SAP roadmap You work closely with Solution Architects, developers and departments You support presales activities, customer presentations and workshops You actively share your knowledge in the team and support less experienced consultants You promote the further development of our methods, standards and SAP community You take on professional management responsibility within our SAP consulting

Multiannual experience in SAP consulting with focus on SD, MM or both modules Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ideally experience with cloud projects (Public or Private Edition) Funded understanding of end-to-end processes:Order-to-Cash (SD) Procure-to-Pay

Experience with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard and Modern Project Methods Good knowledge of integration with FI/CO and adjacent SAP modules Joy in taking responsibility and developing others professionally First experience in professional leadership, mentoring or project management is a plus Very good knowledge of German and English
