In this highly hands-on activity, which is characterized by the joy of discussion and operational work, you will participate in pricing, go to intensive exchanges with purchasing, sales and marketing and develop strategic topics. At the same time, you provide valuable building work and work closely with the Executive Board. How to actively shape the future of the pharmaceutical wholesale trade!

Pricing wholly responsible: Their focus is on the day-to-day operating business - You actively develop the pricing strategy, develop future-oriented concepts and at the same time ensure the economically optimal positioning of the range by means of a sound operating price control. Analyze markets and derive impulses: Based on market and customer analyses, you can identify opportunities and risks at an early stage, derive concrete recommendations for action and actively drive data-based decisions. Further development of price control: Developing with a strong understanding of key figures, processes and profitability You continuously develop existing pricing instruments and establish pricing as a central control instrument in the company. Work as a business partner across the range: In close cooperation with purchasing, sales, marketing and board You implement existing procedures, introduce new ideas and consistently implement sustainable optimizations. Unify leadership and strategic advice: You conduct a three-headed pricing team professionally, develop employees in a targeted manner and advise the Executive Board with sound analyses as well as recommendations for action on pricing, profitability and business development.

Successfully completed studies with an economic or analytical focus or a comparable qualification as well as corresponding professional experience in pricing. Found experience in operating day-to-day business and in the development and implementation of pricing strategies. Strategic thinking as well as hands on mentality and fun in developing strategies and cross-disciplinary discussions. High numerical affinity, pronounced analytical skills and joy in critically questioning, developing and convincingly presenting existing approaches. Remarkable: Experience in the leadership of employees.
