Head of Regional Portfolio Management Perception of all relevant and personal management tasks associated with the management of the department Conception and strategic orientation/ further development of the department Implementation of the business objectives and targets and clarification of fundamental issues with a wide range of competences Planning and control of real estate assets Creation of recovery strategies Potential identification for individual concepts Advice on legal matters Monitoring of construction planning Preparing and running contract negotiations bringing out extrajudicial agreements in the event of breaches of contract and disputes Leading legal disputes and corresponding correspondence Accompanying legal processes Examination of legal questions, in particular of claims for repayment according to HOAI and BGB, as well as review of legal courts and court fees Comprehensive legal advice, in particular on building, architect and procurement matters Design and rewrite contractual patterns and framework agreements – unless there is a binding pattern of BImA or the exclusive competence of VOEK Legal support of procurement procedures Compilation of speeches for the main management Creation of answers to questions from the political field or VOPK

Qualification: Completed scientific university studies in law and successfully completed 2nd legal state exams Competences: At least 1 year of leadership experience Green knowledge in private and public building law, real estate law, in required legal areas including BauGB, BayBO, VgV, VOB, HOAI, GEG, RVG Knowledge and practical experience in the real estate sector Project management skills Secure IT user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook and, if necessary, other industry-specific software) Further requirements: Representative communication, motivation and team skills, social competence Embossed organisational skills and high reliability High readiness and initiative Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry a service car Ready for business trips motivating and valuing personnel management Willingness to participate in multi-day (Pflicht-)training throughout the federal territory Willingness to participate in the compulsory course ''Guidance for New Leaders''
