You will dispose of our driving personnel and our fleet together with our team You ensure a smooth operation of our operating system You plan driver and vehicle deployments in compliance with statutory requirements You coordinate holiday, sickness and absence periods You work with modern digital disposition and planning systems You are the first contact person for our drivers You react flexibly to short-term changes and find practical solutions ensure the quality of our services and services

Experience in disposition, deployment planning or traffic organization ideally completed training in the field of transport, logistics or passenger transport a structured and reliable operation Communication strength and team capacity Organisational design and loadability even in dynamic situations readiness to change times, including weekend services good knowledge of German in word and writing English skills and driving licence Class D are advantageous
