Preparation and submission of authorisation documents for import medicinal products Submissions of Change, Stage Plans, Annual Updates, Notices of Change in National and European Online Portals Regulatory care of our products over the entire product life cycle Text adjustments of product information and specialist information to the latest Maintenance and maintenance of registration documents in various databases Independent correspondence with national and European regulatory authorities Search for regulatory questions as well as reliable time and deadline management

A university degree or alternatively PTA/PKA with multi-year professional experience in the regulatory environment The ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible and structured manner Team spirit, communication skills, reliability, enthusiasm for accurate work as well as independent working Safe and clear expression in German and good English knowledge in word and writing Experience in dealing with databases and document management systems desirable Safe handling of MS Office applications, as well as the readiness to integrate into other programs
