As a consultant to the capital market Compliance (m/w/d), you analyze new legal requirements for their compliance relevance for blockchain technologies, crypto assets and their storage. You accompany the implementation of regulatory requirements with us, taking into account, inter alia, bank-driven economic relationships. You provide advice on value paper regulatory requirements, in particular for trading in crypto-value papers, for trading in crypto-value papers, for switching crypto-values and for storing crypto-assesets. You design and conduct both compliance monitoring and training – from which you derive measures to address identified deficits. You process requests from national supervisory authorities, agree with the supervision, audit and internal audit, as well as work on crypto-assets in projects.
