Your activity includes... You work as part of the “operation” team on our administrative processes. This includes, among other things, the acceptance of phone calls and emails and the friendly and competent advice of our customers You process offers, orders and order processing in our ERP system and, together with the team, take care of a smooth operation process You prepare the accounting, structuring the documents, taking care of various authorities or assistance activities You are co-responsible for all administrative tasks such as holiday planning, document presentation or order preparation for the smooth running of the company We are looking for personalities with will for development, not perfect careers. This is what we count on you... multiannual professional experience in a production, workshop or assembly plant or a comparable company Experience in the dispo or in the planning and processing of transport services of advantage Experience in an office or operating team and safe handling of a common ERP system Structured, accurate and self-responsible operation German and English language skills in word and writing Class B driving licence
