Job description of the NL operation Frankfurt

Position: Service Disponent Technik (m/w/d) Organisational unit: NL Operation Frankfurt am Main Division: 3160 – Central Unit Business Technology (ZBB) Type of contract: Full time (WAZ 38,5) Place of employment: Frankfurt Review: TEGr 3 Date of occupation: immediately

Key tasks:

• Material economic disposition (e.g. guiding the spare part bearing)
• Ensuring compliance with labour law and other safety regulations
• settlement of warranty / repair cases with the BZs, PZs and suppliers
• Purchase of spare parts, transport services and consumables
• Technical support in identifying spare parts
• booking of goods and exits
• Separation of spare parts logistics
• Own-responsibility of the assigned tasks
• Admissibility to employees
• Special tasks and adjustment of working time on instruction of the supervisor within the given framework for service participants
• Training of new warehouses and Azubis

Technical requirements:

• Study or professional training in a relevant profession with master or technician qualification (state-tested)
• Professional experience: multi-year professional experience
• Technical knowledge of sorting systems (letter or package) required or the willingness to develop this as quickly as possible
• PC identifiers, especially MS Office applications Excel, Outlook and Word
• Safe handling of OIL and SAP R/3 MM systems or the willingness to acquire this knowledge in the short term
• knowledge of business processes and booking procedures, knowledge of purchasing processes in commercial law

• strong team skills
• good communication behaviour and enforcement
• a pronounced ability to work with results, carefully
• high loadability, stress resistance in malfunction situations with serious operational effects
• continuous further qualification necessary
• Class B driving licence
• Ready for business trips
• Willing to take over the late service once a week
