As a consultant/developer (w/m/d) for ServiceNow, you support our agile project teams in the automation of our customers' IT and business processes. You take responsibility for implementing/developing standard solutions in our customer projects or develop individual customer applications in ServiceNow. You are inspired by your binding and solution-oriented approach and build a stable relationship with all stakeholders. You support the customer in transferring the ServiceNow solution to the operation and secure the necessary know-how transfer. As a team player, you share your knowledge in our ServiceNow community and take over the role of the professional mentor in projects for our future talents.

Experience in the consulting and implementation/development of ServiceNow solutions At least a ServiceNow certification and interest in further know-how building ITIL knowledge, ideally project experience in agile context (SCRUM o. ä.) Affinity for integration of systems via common interfaces Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
