Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Contact person for basic questions: You are the central point of contact for all key issues relating to the credit business and supports employees in sales and market success with your expertise. Risk management/credit monitoring: You recognize risks early, monitor them, prepare reporting and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies. Interface between departments: You act as a link between the different teams with the support segments of normal intensive care and problem credit support and ensure smooth process processes. Monitoring of regulatory changes: You analyse regulatory and legal changes, in particular in connection with EBA Guidelines/MaRisk-Novellen and conduct appropriate action. Automation: You want to automate manual processes to increase efficiency and bring an affinity to IT.

A completed bank training or an economic higher education programme with practical operations in the credit sector. Basic knowledge of credit business regulators and good knowledge of credit business, preferably in the market success. Rating knowledge and a sharper risk perspective. Advanced Excel knowledge as well as good knowledge in Word and PowerPoint for creating decision templates and reporting. High analytical skills and a quick understanding to identify overall relationships. Excellent communication skills and the ability to look beyond the edge of the plate.
