Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Munich We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced project manager who takes over the role of the Senior Manager Organizational Development and, together with the project participants, supports us in shaping the organisation of the future. In this role you are responsible for Organisational design: Support for the Design & Implementation project within the Building Technologies Division. Part of this task will be to efficiently set up the organization together with various stakeholders within the Building Technologies Division. The organization design is to be implemented globally in all units. Efficiency benchmarking: Benchmarking of the Building Technologies organization as well as the profit and loss account compared to relevant competitors and other Bosch divisions. deriving, implementing and pursuing potential actions. Change Management & Communication: In coordination with the overall project manager Building a change management and communication plan for the project together with local representatives and other projects. In addition, you support the implementation of the change management and communication plan and ensure a cooperative culture along with various global stakeholders. Playbook for organizational design & efficiency: deriving lessons from past major reorganisation projects and incorporating them into the new design phase. Effective implementation: Achieving a high implementation effectiveness of the organization model by ensuring that all work packages within the division are coordinated with one another. This requires close cooperation with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient organisational structure/implementation. Functional excellence: support the management and coordination of all functional excellence workflows along the company's global value chain (e.g. HR, IT, Finance & Controlling). Ensuring the optimum functional integration of all business units and the degree of centralization. Project and Stakeholder Management: In coordination with the overall project manager, the management of a world-leading strategy consulting company as well as the global stakeholders, including C-Level (Group & Division), division manager and function manager (e.g. law, HR).

Education: Completed university studies in business administration, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. Experience and knowledge: Preferably 2-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking or strategy. Success in project management with experience in organizational projects. Experience in change management and intercultural competence. Ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders (C-level, senior management, works council). Personality and working methods: Motivated, proactive and performance-oriented with high affinity for the coordination of various departments. Strong team player with excellent moderation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a self-motivated, structured and entrepreneurial approach. Languages: Business in written and oral German and English.
