Your tasks - That's what you expect

Production of secondary composite and punching bending tools according to design specifications Repair, maintenance and optimization of secondary and punching and bending tools Installation, operation and programming of CNC machines (wiring and CNC milling) Support when setting and starting tools on mechanical and hydraulic presses Close cooperation with production to optimize tools and manufacturing processes

Complete vocational training for the tool mechanic Safe handling of conventional machine tools Extensive knowledge of the repair, optimization and modification of tools Good knowledge of wire eroding, CNC milling and programming with CAD/CAM preferably VISI High self-initiative and team capacity combined with a fast conception and an independent way of working Multiannual professional experience in toolmaking desirable knowledge of punching machines and eccentric presses Willingness to work in the 2-layer system
