Fleet Management Employee (m/f/d)

Comprehensive fleet management: organisation, maintenance and management of our fleet – from commercial vehicles to industrial trucks to construction machines. Administration & Reporting: Careful master data management, compilation of reports and statistics as well as reliable cost and consumption control. Service and Damage Management: Processing of repairs, complaints, accidents and damage including communication with workshops, insurance and drivers. Legal requirements & safety: monitoring of all legal requirements of the fleet, compliance with the UVV requirements and the implementation of driver's license controls. Telematics & Documentation: Reading of driver cards and mass stores, monitoring of steering and rest periods and ensuring complete documentation. Communication & Coordination: Close coordination with the users of the vehicles – from technicians to drivers – as well as representation of the operating fleet manager as required. Fuel management: management and control of fuel consumption and analysis of potential savings.

Administrative Strength: You work reliably, structured and enjoy the management, documentation and evaluation of data – especially in the form of reports and statistics. Communication competence: You have secure communicative abilities, perform confidently and remain operational even in spontaneous calls to panning, damage or technical problems. Affinity to the fleet: Ideally, you already have experiences in fleet management – alternatively, you have the motivation to work on this topic comprehensively and take responsibility. Responsibility: You work conscientiously, think with and keep an overview – both in the office and in exchange with drivers, technicians and workshops. IT Security: Secure handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel; Experience with fleet software is a plus.
