Description

• As an engineer, you support series production in an innovative environment.
• You are a key partner*in the fields of development, production, quality assurance and our customers.
• You follow the quality, yields and dates of the products that are supervised, and you work on disturbances and production topics.
• You define and implement remedial measures for problems in production.
• You conduct independent workgroups and you work on cross-product enhancement projects and promote their implementation.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of engineering, economic engineering, production or a comparable course of study, as well as the concrete intention to include a master's degree.
• Personality and working methods: ability to cooperate, enforceability, systematic working, initiative, creativity
• Experiences and know-how: technical understanding, first experience in one of the fields of production, development, sensor technology, measurement technology or programming, interest in the production environment.
• Languages: good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Additional information The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for dedicated Bachelor graduates who aim to complete a Master's degree program. After the Bachelor, the first phase offers practical experience up to 12 months to get to know the professional and entrepreneurial contexts. The second phase includes the master's degree programme and includes further events and seminars as well as personal support by a mentor on the way to successful completion.
