Are you handcrafted and you want to pack in a motivated team? We are looking for an installation helper (m/w/d) that supports us in the production hall. Your working day is varied – from the adaptation of glass strips to the cutting and drawing of rubber to the precise bonding of felt. Here you can demonstrate your skills and make an important contribution to product quality. If you enjoy manual work and are reliable, we look forward to meeting you!

• Processing of glass strips in the production hall: adapting, cutting and refining.
• Cutting and drawing in rubber materials for precise production parts.
• Adjust and mount felt to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Support for general activities in the production hall to optimize the workflow.

We are looking for

Ready to start? For this job you don't need years of experience, but we require some basic skills and qualities. If you're reliable and have an eye for detail, you're perfect for us. You should meet these requirements:

• First professional experience in the craft or manufacturing sector is of advantage, but no prerequisite.
• Joy of manual work and craftsmanship.
• Reliability and sense of responsibility in handling materials and tools.
• Team skills – you work closely with your colleagues.
• Standby to shiftwork, if necessary.
