Develop holistic concepts for the next generation of the Mercedes-Benz User Experience MBUX. Electromobility, autonomous driving and artificial intelligence are ubiquitous and offer you, as a UX designer, completely new opportunities to keep your creativity free. You focus not only on the experiences of the customer in the vehicle, but also on all facets of his daily life. In addition to the classic touch interaction, voice and gesture interactions are available to you to create a visionary concept. In addition to the experience in the vehicle, this includes seamless integration of wearables, apps and websites to complete the customer's user journey. You work in an international network with UX specialists from Sindelfingen, Berlin, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo and Sunnyvale. The close cooperation with designers, engineers and software developers offers you insights into many exciting areas. Creation of click prototypes

Testing and analyzing concepts

Coordination and implementation of new functions

Designing and drawing up policy templates

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course: Interaction Design, Information Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Media Informatics, Psychology, Communication Design or a comparable course of study with the focus on usability, User Experience or User Interface Design

Knowledge of the user-centered design process and common methods of usability engineering

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Verified skills in the use of common design and prototyping tools such as e.g. Sketch or Figma

Experiences with 3D tools like Unity, Blender or Prototyping tools like Protopia would be beneficial

Basic handling of Adobe CC programs, macOS applications and Microsoft Office

Personal competencies: Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic, structured working
