Your tasks

• Establishment and continuous development of our system-based FM data management system. You create the basis for data-based decisions in our facility management!
• Construction and development of target group-specific (self-service) dashboards to make complex information understandable and accessible
• Continuous development and quality assurance of the data base in our systems
• Analysis of raw data and adequate preparation for the respective target group
• Consultation and support of the department in interpreting data and deriving recommendations for action
• Acquisition of other administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, mathematics, statistics, facility management or a comparable qualification, with reference to data analysis
• Ideally first professional experience in data analysis, data modelling and/or visualization of data
• Secure handling of MS Office and Google Workspace
• A structured, independent and result-oriented approach *Expressed analytical skills and a good understanding of complex relationships
• Communication strength and the ability to explain complex facts intelligibly
• A high initiative, willingness to learn and enjoy the work in the team
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
