CAM Operator/ Stencil Design PCBA (m/f/d)

• Creation and maintenance of template data in CAD and DV tools

• Combination of relevant data (e.g. Gerber and ODB++) as well as implementation in ready-to-use template designs (advance stage templates)

• Rule-based layout adjustments (e.g. windowing, homeplates) according to internal design guidelines

• Panelization: Arrange multiple individual boards on a larger production use (panel)

• Analysis and evaluation of production data for supply creation for external customers

• Coordination with the technology team to define optimal template openings

• Communication with external templates Manufacturers and timing of deliveries

• Identification and initiation of improvements

• Production of machine running programs

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a technical designer (m/w/d) with training as a master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Experience in handling CAD and/or CAM software (e.g. Valor, CAM350 or comparable systems)

• Understanding circuit board layouts, layer structures and electronic assemblies, ideally experience in electronics or circuit board environment

• Very conscientious, precise and structured way of working with complex datasets and recurring processes

• English knowledge of at least B2 level
