You customer appointments for consulting in stationary, telephone and digital sales. In peak times, our customer service center’s inbound team assist in the telephone processing of incoming customer requests. take over the 2nd level processing of legitimate processes. support stationary sales through central processing and control activities. Representations in stationary distribution in scheduled absences.

You have successfully completed a training to/from the bank saleswoman and have ideally experience in customer consulting. are responsive and communicative and are actively approaching people. have a high service orientation. recognize sales approaches and inspire our customers for an individual consultation or consultation. are characterized by a self-sponsored, sales and team-oriented working. are ready for change, in particular with respect to changing applications. take advantage of digital media and inspire our customers for the wide range of digital banking services.
