Order processing: collection, testing and control of national and international transport and freight orders. Document creation: preparation and testing of cargo papers, shipping documents, customs documents and accompanying documents. Interface communication: Close coordination with drivers, warehouses, customers, subcontractors and internal departments such as sales or customs. Date and Tour Monitoring: Control of delivery dates, deadlines and transport procedures as well as reaction in case of deviations or delays. Treatment of complaints and damage: clarification of inconsistencies
