Your main task is to create customer projects with creativity and vision, from to realize the conception up to implementation You also accompany customers in the long term with their ITSM optimization You strategically advise customers and find solutions to business processes and make workflows easier, faster, better and digital You recognize the customer requirements and implement them or process them in form of tickets You take on the independent conception and implementation of workshops and Training In your activity you work locally and remotely

You have a successful degree or training in the field of Computer science and a comparable qualification You bring well-founded experiences in IT service management and good knowledge in the Areas SQL, Java Script and/or Powershell with Ideally, you already have experience in Matrix42, ITIL, Project Management and service goods Your structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as your quick understanding Of which: You have good knowledge of German and English You like to work in a hybrid model – on site or remote
