ERP Application Manager - Wilken Energy (m/f/d)

In the role as ERP Application Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the support, development and stability of our ERP system Wilken Energy and ensure its optimal use throughout the company. As a central interface between IT, departments and external implementation partners, you are instrumental in the digitization and efficiency of our business processes in the energy industry. The aim is to create the basis for sound decisions and sustainable business growth through a powerful system landscape, clean data structures and tailor-made process solutions.

Operational responsibility for the ERP system including administration, configuration and authorization management. Implementation of system adjustments, workflows and process automation to optimize business processes Creating and developing reports, dashboards and evaluations to support decision-making processes. Supporting key users and ensuring a professional 2nd level support. Planning, coordination and implementation of ERP updates, releases and integration projects. Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external service providers and implementation partners. Implementation of user training as well as creation and maintenance of documentation. Ensuring data quality, master data management and compliance with relevant compliance requirements.

Completed studies or training in computer science, business, energy or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in the support and administration of an ERP system, ideally Wilken Energy. Good knowledge of the energy industry of advantage. Knowledge in process analysis, databases and interface architectures. Secure handling of Oracle SQL. Experience in cooperation with different departments (e.g. sales, plant operations, finance). Structured, solution-oriented and careful operation with high detail accuracy. Impressed communication skills as well as the ability to understand technical content.
