Technical support of our customers by phone and remote access (hotline) in case of malfunctions, queries and application problems Analysis of fault images and execution of remote diagnostics and detection of technical disturbances Development and mediation of practical solutions in the after-sales sector Coordination, planning and operational control of our service technicians Support in escalation cases and ensuring fast and customer-oriented solution finding Documentation and solution finding of all support requests in the ticket system
