Teamleiter Talentförderung „Talentscouting“ (w/m/d) (EG 13 TV-L)

The indefinite body is located in the department 4, student service, with currently 30 hours/week.

We offer you interesting and varied activities in the Department of Student Services in the Department of Central Study Consulting and the team management of the “Talentscouting” with approx. 5 team members as well as the possibility of personal development through participation in relevant training events. Responsibility for all basic content and organizational matters in the field of talent promotion, including personnel management and reporting Strategic development of the field of talent promotion / promotion of less privileged target groups Further development and adaptation of the concept “Talentscouting” to the offers of the Central Study Advisory Service with regard to transfer competencies, e.g. in the area of transition school-high school or study entrance phase Demand-dependent conception, organisation and implementation of target group-specific events (e.g. personality development, learning and self-organization, scholarship applications) Network and committee work Interface design and development of cooperations Active talent promotion and support of first academics

Graduated academic studies, preferably from the field of psychology, social sciences or education Completed relevant counselling training Management experience is desirable, preferably in the context of higher education Experiences in dealing with young people Knowledge and experience from education and social support systems own initiative, flexibility and operational mobility, class B driving licence Communication strength and safe occurrence (also on social networks) Possibly intercultural competence and mastery of a foreign language frequently spoken in the Ruhr area
