You are responsible for the management and development of a team of five employees You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the statutory and internal requirements of the company and the implementation of the annual budget planning With your analytical mindset and your ability to render complex facts understandable, create and analyze reports including results for management and other relevant stakeholders They have a high level of quality awareness and detailed orientation, creating business plans and cost-effectiveness calculations In addition, you are responsible for implementing and monitoring KPIs for performance measurement and improvement You use your team-oriented working methods and your ability to interdisciplinary cooperation with finance, production and sales to continuously improve processes and results

You have a completed business studies with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification They bring multi-year professional experience in the industrial environment with a focus on controlling You already have leadership experience and proven successes in the leadership and development of a team Ideally, besides very good SAP knowledge, you have also gained experience in handling other relevant IT systems Occasionally traveling to other locations is not a problem for you You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
