As a consultant (w/m/d) Institutional customers Diakonie and Social Economy advise these customers in all areas of banking business holistic, structured and independent. You use our customer support tool – the “KD bank dialogue on the phone” – systematically and actively, with telephony as well as video consulting being the main channels. You are strong in relationship management and find access to customers at different levels of conversation. Sustainable sales success is very important to you and you see it as a natural result of your continuous and reputable customer advice. You have experience in investment consulting, payment analysis and credit business. You liked to support acquisitions, market management and marketing activities. In addition to telephony and video consulting, you will also perform internal and occasionally external customer appointments. As a fan of our sustainable consulting approach, you appreciate that you and your colleagues in the team accompany our customers comprehensively, bindingly and in the sense of long-term cooperation. You can organize yourself well, work independently and implement sales measures independently. The topic of sustainability is reflected in your advice as a self-understanding.

You have successfully completed your bank training with good results. Continuous training is and were of course for you. You have already acquired or strive for the financial statements of the banker and the banker. You have gained first experience in customer support, preferably with institutional (or corporate) customers. The product range in the assets, liabilities and service business of a bank is well known to you. You like to work in the team and are flexible and resilient. Good IT skills – ideally from the cooperative financial group (agree21 / Omnikanalplattform) complete your profile.
