Participation in the handling of support requests for requests from citizens and companies from the OZG environment: Preparation of the facts (in particular provision of relevant information sources) Analysis of the facts, including other specialist groups and the knowledge base of the team Defining measures and their implementation Ensuring IT-DLZ-internal communication and coordination of activities between operation, service provision and development Tracking of delivered and received support cases Development and communication of change proposals based on established support cases

Successfully completed IT vocational training, e.g. as a specialist informant (w/m/d), with multi-year professional experience Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Knowledge of office and administrative activities (organisational structure, business distribution, working and sliding time) Knowledge of the use of PC/client devices (including MS Office, eAkte-System, Office Communication) Knowledge of the use of documentation and collaboration systems (including Confluence, Wikis)
