For our five-group Kindertageeinrichtung Villa Luna in Dortmund we are now looking for a dedicated facility (m/w/d) with management experience in a tandem function.

Location: Kuhstraße 4, 44137 Dortmund Interagiere mit Herz & Tatkraft: You are responsible for the children's daycare, are central anchors for your team and actively supports in group daily life. Holistic Kita leadership: From personnel planning to pedagogical concepts to budget planning - you are taxing with a vision and supported by our management team. Qualification: You are a recognized educational specialist (e.g. educator (m/w/d), nurse (m/w/d), social education (m/w/d), childhood education (m/w/d)) with at least two years of well-founded professional experience. Leadership & Empathy: You create a trusted atmosphere and allow your team to develop and take advantage of its full potential. Communication strength: You understand connecting parents, team and the public - and you always have an open ear for the big and small people.
