We are currently looking for a dedicated production or logistics manager (m/w/d) on behalf of our client, who leads the warehouse and the packaging station at the site in northeastern Brandenburg with his organizational strength and expertise in the food sector. Organisation, control and monitoring of the goods management process from the acceptance of goods, sorting and packaging to the provision of the goods Use, control and further development of employees in shift operation Responsibility for the management of the stock and for the costing, evaluation and documentation of the packaging coses Instruction of the layer lines with regard to programming, fitting and standard filling of the packaging lines and the quality of the goods Active cooperation in the continuous process optimization and the development of new process techniques in coordination with the management

Training or studies in the field of trade, forwarding, logistics, business or comparable and willingness to participate in further training Multiannual leadership experience in production, storage and logistics, ideally in the food industry or food retail Business knowledge, IT affinity and experience in the application of ERP and commodity management systems Impressed leadership skills that show the ability to motivate and guide employees in a targeted manner Team player with Hands-on Mentality, entrepreneurial thinking and action, communication and organizational skills as well as fluent German skills
