As a Senior Expert Corporate Communications (all genders), you are critically responsible for the development and implementation of strategic communication measures, which Roland Berger and our partners: both at national and international level. With a strong focus on Thought Leadership, Corporate PR and Global Media Relations, you'll get your analytical and creative skills to tell effective stories and strengthen our brand sustainably. Your tasks: Strategic communication: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, in particular for the marketing of studies and white papers. Positioning the brand: Support the storytelling and positioning activities for Roland Berger in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and partners: inside. Global press and media work: Building close relationships with journalists:inside, influencers:inside national and international media and care for them. Data-driven approaches: Use modern tools and AI-based solutions to increase the effectiveness of communication measures. Responsibility for PR topics: actively support the Corporate Communications Director in managing all media activities and PR topics at the highest level. Network care: Strong media contacts in the DACH region and Europe and continuously expand our network.

A successfully completed study in communication, journalism, political science, media management or a comparable qualification. At least four to six years of professional experience in PR and communication work, ideally in an international environment. Storytelling skills: Excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of the requirements of modern communication – especially in digital space. Strong media contacts: solid networks in the media landscape, especially in the DACH region and Europe. Experience in scientific or consulting communication is a plus. Personal strengths: communication strength, sovereign appearance, social competence and an authentic personality. Language excellence: flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing.
