As a 2nd Line of Defense, the Non-Financial Risk Management division ensures that LBBW remains safe and operational despite digital operational risks. With the focus on physical security, information security, third parties, business continuity and data protection, we strengthen the security culture and cooperation throughout the company. Leading: Information Security, Physical Security and Business Continuity Management (BCM) - You run these 3 groups and develop the Digital Operational Resilience department. Future-oriented: They develop and implement strategic measures to improve digital and operational resilience - with particular focus on cyber security. Make sure that all regulatory requirements and internal policies are taken into account. Proactive: Through the continuous development of the security level, you adapt the security strategies to the constantly changing threat situation and risk assessment. Leading: You motivate and promote your employees, create a positive team culture and enable continuous further development and better cooperation. In exceptional cases, you represent the area management. Crisis-proof: You run the bank's crisis unit and ensure that the crisis can be responded quickly and effectively. Through regular crisis exercises and testing of emergency plans, make sure that the bank is prepared for unforeseen events at any time. Managing risks: identify, evaluate and manage non-financial risks to ensure the security of the bank. You will also develop and implement risk mitigation measures and lead the central ICT risk inventory. Qualified: You have completed your studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification. You have extensive experience in business continuity management as well as in emergency and crisis management processes.
