You take on a versatile role in client, server and network environment and are the central contact person for technical questions in the company You are responsible for the administration, support and further development of the IT infrastructure in the client, server and network area You are responsible for the support and support of the applications and tools used in the company You take over the processing, prioritization and documentation of requests via the IT ticket system You maintain and develop the internal knowledge database You carry out smaller IT-internal projects on their own responsibility You are responsible for coordinating external IT service providers and monitoring compliance with defined IT processes

You have completed training as an IT system administrator or a comparable qualification and bring at least one year of professional experience in the field with You bring experience in the administration of Windows client systems, ideally windwos 11 with You have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy and NTFS Authorities You have experience with server virtualization, preferably VMware You have basic knowledge in network environments, in particular LAN, WLAN, VLAN and VPN You understand backup concepts and email systems You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, have a sense of responsibility, reliability and willingness to work on new topics
