We are looking for a Teamleiter BusinessCenter (m/w/d). You can expect more than the leadership of an existing unit: In 2027, we will develop our current business customer center into a modern business center. You take responsibility for leadership and at the same time get the opportunity to actively shape this development from the outset. An entry is already possible and expressly welcome before the start of the further development in 2027. Your role – lead, design and promote sales As a team leader, you take responsibility for our current business customer center and shape its further development to the BusinessCenter. Our goal is clear: we want to serve our business customers more actively, further increase our sales performance, ensure high availability, consistently use digital contact paths and process as many customers as possible directly on the market. You are not only responsible for leadership. Just during the further development, you introduce your ideas, question existing processes and develop structures and processes for our future business center together with the department management. Your tasks – leadership meets design and sales You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of your team and develop your employees in a targeted manner. You create clear goals and orientation, promote self-responsibility and ensure binding and consistent implementation. You control the active and sales-oriented support of our business customers and develop them together with your team. You remain close to the market themselves and also take on their own tasks in customer consulting and sales. You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and develop efficient, customer-oriented and as digital processes as possible. You are consistently implementing new structures and processes together with your team. You ensure a high accessibility and as close as possible processing of customer requests. You promote consistent use of telephone and digital contact routes in customer care. You identify further consulting needs and ensure a structured transfer to our business and corporate customer advisors as well as specialists. You work closely and directly with the Corporate CustomersCenter department management during the further development of the BusinessCenter. Your profile – Personality and potential include a completed training as a banking businessman (m/w/d). Ideally, you have already qualified as a savings bank/bank specialist. Continuing training on savings banks/bank business operators, an economic study or a comparable qualification is desirable. You are thinking in a sales-oriented manner and are delighted to recognize and consistently utilize sales potential together with your team. You have a good understanding of processes and processes and are entitled to make them easier, more efficient and more digital. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and consistently bring topics into implementation. You are delighted to accompany, promote and support people in their professional and personal development. You communicate clearly and legally, make decisions and take responsibility.
