Controller (m/f/d)

You shape and accompany the Group processes along the reporting flows in the context of planning, forecasts and financial statements (including reporting) and ensure compliance with standards and efficient processes You are questioning business assumptions, identifying value drivers, opportunities and risks, and guiding down burdensome recommendations for corporate governance. You are a contact person in the Group for the Controlling Processes (Forecast/Final/Planning) and control the coordination with the stakeholders You create precise, consistent and management-ready reports to Executive Board, Boards and Shareholders according to IFRS and HGB You are actively driving digitization in controlling (automatization, higher data quality, shorter throughput times) by critically questioning data and processes and rethinking them taking into account digital possibilities.

Complete Master's or Diploma Program in Business Administration (Chair Controlling/Finance) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in controlling (lower group/reporting/planning environment), ideally in the energy industry or a regulated/capital-intensive environment. Very good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, BW) and strong understanding of accounting (HGB and IFRS). Detectable experience in digitalization & process optimization (e.g. automation, BI reporting, data quality, workflow improvements) and of course use of modern tools and systems (M365, BI tools, ...)
