Salestechnik Specialist (d/w/m) for Data Protection and Regulatory Processes Munich, Bavaria, Germany

In regulatory issues, you are the interface to our IT around authorization management in the distribution systems and are responsible for the role and rights concept including recertifications or Deletion. You translate regulatory requirements of sales into concrete IT measures and create and maintain guidelines and procedures for the distribution systems. You design professional processes that meet the requirements of regulatory and data protection as well as the needs of sales. You take over and coordinate regulatory tasks in sales, including the authorization management for distribution systems (according to DORA), data protection impact assessments (DSFA) and other tasks such as support for the overall process responsibility distribution (GPV) or coordination of individual data processing (IDVn) in sales. You are the central point of contact for projects with data protection implications as well as for the introduction of new sales software and IT systems. Make sure that all data protection aspects are taken into account appropriately.

A completed study of economic informatics, economics or legal sciences or a comparable qualification with a focus on regulatory or sales IT. Funded knowledge about insurance companies, sales processes, contractual processes and regulatory requirements in sales technology. Joy in working with complex data protection and legal issues as well as a pragmatic sales-technical solution orientation. Communication strength, enforcing capacity and high operational readiness. Experience in project management, ideally as project manager.
