You develop strategies and concepts to ensure demand-oriented, economical and high-quality pharmaceutical supply. In order to achieve the goals of your area and ensure compliance with policies, plan tasks and manage the performance of your 10 employees' comprehensive team. Together with your team, you develop and implement discount contracts for pharmaceuticals with pharmaceutical companies for the purpose of cost management. In addition, you will negotiate with employees of your team and conclude contracts with, among other things, service providers, the Landesapothekerverband (LAV) and the Kassenarzt Vereinigung (KV). You develop previous contractual agreements strategically and develop innovative forms of contract. In addition, you represent the AOK Niedersachsen in committees, working and negotiation groups at federal level.

You are an approved pharmacist or an approved doctor and have professional experience as a manager. Alternatively, you will have a completed Master or Bachelor degree in the field of Health Economics /Health Care Management, Pharmaceutical Economics or Public Health with several years of practical work experience in the field of work. For this purpose, you have a well-founded knowledge of the drug market and pharmacological expertise through appropriate professional experience in the healthcare sector.
