Together with two other group leaders, you are responsible for the complete work organization of the packaging and assembly department, in which about 50 people with disabilities, including assembly kits and cables, assemble assemblies and fill screw packages Their main tasks are the management, guidance and assistance of clients in the processing of customer orders, including the setting up of machines and workstations. In this case, you will ensure that you process your order in accordance with customer requirements in terms of quality and time accuracy In addition, you are responsible for the provision of individual participation services for clients who are planning, carrying out and docu­menting them independently together with the participation management.
