They ensure the operational processing of customer orders in the field of fire protection in Germany and neighbouring countries. They control and analyze performance, working time and cost data on a monthly basis and initiate measures for economic optimization. They support the sales team professionally, support customers and take responsibility for complaint management. They promote systematic sales activities for customer development across Germany and identify new customer needs. They are responsible for the incorporation, training and supervision of employees (including safe walks') to ensure quality, safety and contracting.

You have successfully completed a technical or business studies or have a comparable qualification. They have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of fire protection and have deepened knowledge in all performance phases according to AHO Issue 17. They have first leadership experience and convince with excellent communicative skills and diplomatic skills. They think entrepreneurial, work profit-oriented and enjoy the networks as well as cooperation with operational and service-oriented areas. They have knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (at least B1). Very good MS Office licenses and a Class B licence are of course.
