We are a leading manufacturer of wastewater technology for international shipping and excellent as a "employer of the future". With our team from currently around 90 colleagues, we help our customers worldwide to protect the marine environment from pollution caused by marine wastewater. All HAMANN systems are developed and manufactured at the Hollenstedt site.

THE INDICES

• Technical support of the sales at the time of delivery
• Overview and evaluation of technical customer specifications
• Finding technological solutions and, if necessary, the new conception
• Technical planning
• If necessary, shipping and technical support to the customer
• Project management of sales orders
• Project management from order intake to commissioning on the ship
• Communication with customers, internal interfaces and suppliers
• Moderation of Kick-Off Meetings
• Conception of customer and plant-specific automation software in close cooperation with the Automation Team
• Installation, appointment and monitoring of work orders
• Creating project schedules
• Creation and maintenance of the order item list in the ERP system proALPHA

• Timely order tracking and coordination of interfaces (production, FAT, purchasing and packaging)
• Organisation and monitoring of plant removals (FAT, vibration measurements, etc.), also in the presence of customers
• Integrating in maintenance and production of documentation and technical manuals
• Creating and revising pipeline and instrument diagrams (P&ID;)
• Creation of functional descriptions
• Creation of checklists
• Creation of additional customer-specific documentation such as maintenance plans or hazardous material catasters (Green Passport)
• Parts and Lists Care in the ERP system proALPHA
• Creation of ILS documents
• Implementation of dual-use checks as part of export control
• Technical assistance and support from other departments
• Creation of specifications and inclusion in supplier discussions for technical clarification (Team Purchasing)
• Support for complicated spare parts requests to find technical solutions (Team spare parts trading)
• Support in the clarification of user questions and preparation of service operations (Team Technical Service)
• Support for plant training for service partners or ship crews by guest lectures (Team Technical Service)
• Integrate into offer creation for modifications for already delivered systems
• Technical clarification and management of projects for the modification of old plants
• Technical planning for replacement systems (refits).
• Research & Development Department support
• Certification of new products
• Selection of components for prototypes
• Concept creation for new plant series
• Accompanying test series at the experimental site in Seevetal

THE EXPENDITURE OF IHNEN

• Complete technical studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or electrical engineering
• Professional experience in shipbuilding desirable
• Systematic, independent and analytical methods
• Embossed technical understanding
• Embossed team and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Application-proof knowledge in the standard applications of the MS-Office package
• ideally first experiences with a common ERP system, e.g. proAlpha
