Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof is one of the largest hotels in its brand and has 455 comfortably furnished rooms. The hotel is located on the eastern side of the main railway station and is within walking distance. The hotel was opened on 08.11.2021. We are a young and dynamic team, with lots of fun and joy at work. Flat hierarchies are a matter of course with us, as are the 'open door policy'. You bear the overall responsibility for the smooth operation in our reservation department You coordinate the daily department tasks and monitor all reservations You are responsible for compliance with Hilton standards in the reservation area the maintenance and control of the data in the reservation systems and the management of quotas Your responsibility You make sure all the rates are loaded correctly You meet agreements and price negotiations with customers and conclude contracts You create evaluations and statistics You are responsible for Yield & Revenue Management You participate in Yield & Business Revuemeetings You are responsible for the department's service and holiday planning
