as a lead for the Centre Ambulantes Operieren (ZAO).

The ZAO is an outpatient surgical centre in its own premises, which is attached to the KBR. It has 4 operating rooms and a modern equipment that meets all current standards. We offer modern anaesthesia procedures, including TIVA as well as peripheral and trace-related regional anaesthesia.

YEARS: Your main tasks include the organizational management of the ZAO. Together with the chief physician of anaesthesia, Mr. PD Dr. Oliver Radke, anaesthesia standards, they implement these bindingly and ensure their compliance. Own responsibility you conduct narcoses, take over premedications and supervise the assistant physicians.

In addition, you establish key figures for quality management, pay attention to compliance with hygiene standards and the requirements of the Medical Devices Act and ensure patient safety. A complete and correct documentation of all treatment processes is also part of your responsibility.

In addition, the ZAO team will lead you to top performances and strengthen the cooperation of all professional groups in this area. Training is required.

IHR PROFIL: A specialist in anaesthesia with well-founded experience in children's anaesthesia, ultra-sonic regional anaesthesia, and in anaesthesia procedures close to the spinal cord. Management experience and economic thinking are also expected; appropriate qualifications are desirable.

A strong service thinking, team skills and ideally experience in OP management or in the outpatient OP area complete the profile. The willingness to train assistant physicians, including foreign background, is particularly important.
