This is what awaits you: As a HR Business Partner, you support executives and employees independently along the entire employee journey and ensure a smooth running of all HR processes in your care areas. In addition, management advises you competently and practically on personal policy and labour law issues and consistently implements derived measures. You are responsible for all operational HR topics – from recruiting to support and development to exit (e.g. contracting, working time models, shifts, entry and exits, and the application of HR guidelines) taking into account the metal and electrical tariffs of Bavaria. Recurring HR-year processes, such as employee consultation on development and salary review in the departments assigned to you, prepare professionally, moderate them and carry them through – in compliance with the tariff framework conditions. In close cooperation with HR-Kolleg: you take responsibility for personnel development and competence management, including the participation in competence management and strategic and individual development measures.

What are you doing? A successfully completed study in the field of economic, social or legal science or a comparable qualification focusing on human resources. You bring first professional experience in a comparable function. You can combine your practice-oriented HR skills with a good understanding of the topics of the departments, management and bodies. Topics related to personnel development and competence management are yours and you have ideally already gained experience in these areas. You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner. You can use your independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to proactively promote topics.
