In the field of technology, you will take over the following tasks: You are the technical contact for the introduced AiBATROS software. In this context, you will support the implementation of updates, adapt the training content and support them in supraregional evaluations. With your expertise, you will develop and monitor the technical structural standards in the housing administration. You advise the regional areas in all technical matters. You will also advise on the planning of investment and construction needs in coordination with the regional areas and on cooperation with external service companies in the field of construction measures.

In the area of purchasing management, you will take over the following tasks: You will also be involved in the procurement needs planning at the headquarters for regional needs. You take over the preparation and coordination of all the information necessary for the award and the coordination with the purchase.

We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, there are service trips, in the range from about 5 to 20 days per year, also throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Bachelor/FH) with a technical background (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, construction management) or with an immobility or comparable qualification.
