Responsibility for the construction and further development of a modern, result-oriented controlling as well as analysis of cost, earnings and earnings structures Implementation of budget, forecast and medium-term planning incl. Deviation analyses and derivation of concrete recommendations for action Transparent control and optimization of cost structures (including production, energy, personnel, maintenance) and further development of cost accounting systems Close cooperation as a business partner with the departments and management as well as active influence on economic decisions Creation of decision-oriented reports, key payment systems and management documents for management and shareholders

Complete studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling/finance Multiannual experience in controlling a manufacturing company, ideally in a cost-intensive and energy-intensive environment Experience in handling ERP systems, controlling and BI tools as well as very good Excel knowledge Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking combined with high number affinity Communication strength, enforcement capacity and the ability to constructively control specialist areas as a Sparring partner
