Global Technical Trainer - Hybrid Learning (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the design and implementation of online and presence training in German and English in order to impart theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of electronics, mechanics and hydraulics. The design of an innovative training landscape for technical training and support in the global implementation of a training strategy is one of your tasks. You carry out a continuous demand analysis and further development of our training program in close coordination with an international trainer network. You take responsibility for the development and design including didactic preparation and updating of training concepts and content for technology-oriented product trainings. For our Training Content Creation Team, you are a specialist. You are also responsible for the 2nd Level Product Support.

You have a master/technical degree, a completed degree in the fields of electronics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering, or a comparable completed vocational training and at best a trainer training . You ideally have several years of professional experience and success in carrying out technical training of products in need of a declaration in an international environment. You bring a high affinity for digital learning. Their strong customer orientation and intercultural competence are a gain for us. High communicative competence, enthusiasm, flexibility and a precise and independent working style, characterized by team skills, are the main features. Your profile is rounded off by readiness to travel and very good knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing. Further language skills are advantageous.
