Advising and accompanying students in personal, social and school challenges Support for conflicts and implementation of crisis interventions and deescaling measures Advising teachers in dealing with challenging students, pupils and class situations Consultation and exchange with guardians as well as placement of appropriate support offers Planning and implementation of prevention, group and project offers to promote social skills Networking and cooperation with youth assistance, advisory bodies and other regional cooperation partners Close cooperation with school management, teachers and external specialists for the holistic promotion of students Documentation of pedagogical work and participation in the further development of school social work

Complete study of social work, social education or a comparable qualification Professional experience in school social work, youth assistance or a comparable field of work Knowledge of case management and advice and crisis intervention Embossed communication and consulting skills as well as a safe and value-adding occurrence Self-employed, structured and responsible work Team skills, organizational talent and joy in in interdisciplinary cooperation Safe handling of MS Office Driving licence class B and willingness to use your own car The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
