The Lüneburg Psychiatric Clinic is a specialist hospital for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics as well as a specialist hospital for children and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy with a history of over 110 years. As one of nine companies under the umbrella of the municipal health holding Lüneburg as the largest employer and trainer in the region, the Lüneburg Psychiatric Clinic is also akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus des Universitätsklinikums Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). The Psychiatric Klinik Lüneburg non-profit GmbH is looking for a

unlimited in full time with 38.5 hours / week. The place is generally suitable for part-time.

As a scientifically qualified care expert:in APN you are regularly and proportionally involved in the direct clinical care and take over a case-leading, patient-oriented expert:internal role for defined patients:internal groups in the stationary setting. The focus of the activity lies in the direct care and the process-based accompaniment along the entire treatment. As an APN, you take on the independent, science-based and clinical-career responsibility for specific care needs, advise patients: both inside and outside staff at expert level and work continuously in the nursing team to ensure practicality, topicality and acceptance.

The exercise of extended care areas of decision-making and action is carried out within the framework of legal powers and organization-related regulations.

As an APN, you will be consciously clinically active to effectively introduce your expertise into multi-professional care. In addition, you take on scientifically sound tasks of practical development, in particular the analysis, further development and evaluation of nursing care concepts, the professional advice of care professionals and mentoring in complex decision-making processes.

They actively participate in the publication of scientific results and their transfer to the nursing care practice. They design the theory-practice transfer, for example, in the form of concept developments, practical training and case-related learning and teaching formats.
