Team Leader Shop Floor Systems (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You take the disciplinary leadership for a team consisting of consultants and IT specialists You are advising our industrial areas (Borderly Meat Products, PreZero and Black Production) when designing and using high-availability IT solutions in the Industrial Shopfloor environment You are responsible for the operation of the IT solutions used primarily decentralized, at the external sites You give regular feedback, promote a continuous learning culture in the team and help your employees develop their own solutions, take responsibility and develop both professionally and personally. You plan and set the targeted further development of our industrial IT solutions to ensure a stable and efficient operation You take care of the implementation and compliance of IT/OT security policies

You have already gained experience in operating IT solutions in industry or similar environments (ideally food production) You bring well-founded IT skills in operating systems, databases, networks and IT technologies You bring first leadership experience and know yourself in the success and results-oriented leadership and development of employees You are happy to develop solutions together with your team and create real added value for the companies of the Black Group You have a high sense of responsibility and commitment You are able to communicate safely in German and English across hierarchical levels (word and writing) You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a similar qualification JOBV1_EN
