In our main accounting, you play a role with clear quality and improvement focus. In addition to a punctual operative part, you work to ensure stable accounting processes, carry out reviews and develop structures for the sustainable improvement of the final quality.

The area of responsibility The focus is on the continuous improvement of the final quality through reviews, plausibility checks and structured quality assurance measures You systematically analyze fault causes and derive sustainable correction and improvement measures Ensuring proper accounting processes in line with internal policies, IFRS requirements and audit and compliance requirements is your responsibility In finance projects as well as in process and special topics, you play an active role – from analysis to conception to implementation Through close cooperation with adjacent finance areas, you will ensure consistent processes and document relevant processes, controls and quality standards Through your punctual operational cooperation in the main accounting, you maintain a high process closeness and can implement quality and improvement measures in practice

You have successfully completed a commercial training or an economic study, ideally focusing on finance, accounting or controlling Multiannual experience in accounting environments (e.g. main book, R2R, audit or close-to-end environment) as well as a secure understanding of IFRS and final topics You bring experience in reviews, plausibility checks, quality assurance or internal controls, and you enjoy analyzing causes and deriving sustainable improvements knowledge of the analysis and further development of accounting or finance processes is advantageous; Methods like Lean, Continuous Improvement or similar approaches help you in everyday life A structured, analytical way of working, a high quality awareness as well as safe Excel skills are of course yours Flowing German knowledge (from C1) as well as good English knowledge (from B2) in word and writing complete your profile
